What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, delivery address and payment confirmation, collected at checkout.
• Business details: your business name, address, phone number and Google review link — used solely to program your NFC cards.
• Marketing email: if you opt in to our welcome discount, we store your email address and your consent.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics and advertising measurement data (see Cookies below).

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, program your cards with the correct review link, provide customer support, and — only where you have opted in — send occasional offers and product news. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the service providers that run our store: Shopify (ecommerce, payments and order emails), our delivery carriers, and Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and discount working, and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any marketing email.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to marketing at any time. Email hello@tapsreviews.sale and we will respond within 30 days.
