Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed with Tap Reviews.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation email. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free.
Programming your cards
Every card and stand ships pre-programmed with the Google review link for the business details you supply. If you don't provide details at checkout, we'll email you for them — your order can't be dispatched until we have a valid business name and Google listing. Incorrect details supplied by you may require a re-order.
Discounts
Volume discounts (3 for 15%, 5 for 20%, 10 for 30%) are applied automatically at checkout. The one-time welcome discount applies to a single order and may not be combined with other promotional codes beyond the volume tiers shown.
Results
Our products make it easier for customers to leave a review. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star rating, or search ranking. You are responsible for using the product in line with Google's review policies — never incentivise, filter or buy reviews.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
