Delivery times
Standard UK delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your business details and programming your cards.
Why we may need your details first
Every card is programmed to your specific Google review link before it ships. If you didn't add your business name, address and phone number at checkout, we'll email you for them — the clock starts when you reply.
Backorders
If an item is low or out of stock we'll tell you before you buy. Backordered items still ship free, but delivery takes longer while we restock — we'll keep you updated by email.
International orders
We currently ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK, email hello@tapsreviews.sale and we'll see what we can do.
