Not happy with your cards within 30 days of delivery? Send them back and we'll refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email hello@tapsreviews.sale with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a return address within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email as soon as the refund is sent; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty or wrongly programmed cards
If a card doesn't work, or was programmed with the wrong link because of an error on our side, we'll replace it free of charge — no return needed. Just email us a photo of the card and your order number.
Your cancellation rights
As a UK consumer you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because cards are personalised with your business's review link, we ask that they are returned unused and in a resalable condition where possible — our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the legal minimum and applies either way.
